- RRobertVIPNew York City •8 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis is not just my favorite Italian place in the city, it’s my favorite restaurant period. The food is flawlessly executed, with innate simplicity. They confidently and brilliantly let a few ingredients shine in every dish. Always terrific service, shockingly great prices and an ambiance fitting of everyone’s favorite neighborhood place. Pure joy.More infoFrankies SpuntinoPrice: Moderate• Italian• Carroll Gardens•4.8

- KKateVIPNew York City •11 reviews5.0Dined on 29 Dec 2024My mother-in-law spent hours researching spots for a holiday gift card/surprise family dinner and landed on Piccola Cucina. The unassuming Casa is tucked away on a quiet street we might not have otherwise noticed, but you are greeted with warmth the moment you open the door. From the cozy lighting, to the gentleman making fresh pasta at the bar, to the friendly staff, it was Nona’s homey perfection from start to finish. Our server Cynthia offered great menu and wine guidance as we attempted to taste it all. The prices are very reasonable versus portion size. Octopus, Branzino, Gnocchi, and Osso Bucco Agnolotti were standouts. Can’t wait to be back!More infoPiccola Cucina CasaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Boerum Hill•4.9
