Excellent service friendly staff. Food was exceptional especially the fish and chips it was so fresh and the batter was lovely and light along with a variety of sauces and homemade chunk chips. The seating area was Warm and cosy next to the log fire. We got to speak to the owner who is also the chef. Such a delight cannot thank you enough we will be back!

To finish, we indulged in a decadent cheeseboard paired with a selection of liqueurs and expertly crafted cocktails – a perfect end to an extraordinary dining experience. The wine choice, food and service were all amazing. It’s Christmas so the area around the bar was incredibly busy but where we ate was much calmer and comfortable. Really festive. Toilets need a bit of investment and the price can seem slightly high but we really enjoyed it and would return and recommend.

We had the lunch menu. The food was great, very hot and obviously freshly prepared. Big portions and very tasty. The service was great, too. Daniel could not have been more helpful. We'll definitely be back.
