Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Milpitas

We went for a belated Valentine’s Day celebration and they still had their Valentine’s Day pre-fix menu, so we ordered that plus a few extra appetizers and drinks. The overall experience was fantastic — from the ambience of the dining room to the food and drinks, and the wonderful service! Appetizers: - Seared scallops with beetroot risotto - the scallops were delicious but a tiny bit tough to the bite. The red risotto was on point, especially the color for Valentine’s Day. - Maitake mushrooms - deep fried to perfection. If I didn’t know they were mushrooms, I would have thought this dish tasted like fried oysters from the famous Clam Box in Ipswich, MA. - jumbo cocktail shrimp - the shrimp was indeed jumbo; there were five whole pieces of shrimp Mains: - surf and turf - large lobster (delicious!) and prime bone-in ribeye (upgrade, totally worth it, so tender and well-cooked!) - side of asparagus - large pieces, boiled. - side of truffle mashed potatoes (upgrade) - portion isn’t large for the price, but it was delicious! Dessert was the pre-fix menu dessert - chocolate tarte with alcohol-infused blueberry. The blueberry was very interesting and unique. Drinks - the suggested drink pairing (berry bliss?) was fantastic!

I was there at Valentine’s night and had a super happy experience. They had both valentines menu and regular menu, so unlike other places i wasn’t forced to go with a super pricey fixed price and i chose food based on my budget. Food was great quality, my steak remained hot while i was eating because if the iron plate they use. Drinks were fancy and served in skeleton containers. Loved it!

Went for my dad’s birthday. Our server was exceptional- drinks were always topped off, plates removed promptly (buffet), and he was very personable. Hate that I cannot remember his name- but he was wonderful. Food was very good! Our table really enjoyed the Chile Colorado (so tender) and the chilequilles station- made to order. As well as the waffle station. T he mariachi band was great! Trumpet is hard to have indoors- but they used it sparingly and their voices were top notch. Wonderful spot for Sunday brunch buffet and the ambience of the restaurant is beautiful.

It was a fun experience. My daughter and her friend had a great time playing all the games. The food was delicious and the drinks were good. I would go again.
