We have dined at this location of Capital Grille a number of times - friendly, great food and hospitality, close to O’Hare (great for pre or post flight dinners), and more. Our server whose name (I think) was Al was terrific!

My wife and I went here for our anniversary and the restaurant was incredibly accommodating. I did want flowers for the table and I had to purchase and have them delivered myself. I think it would have been much more accommodating if they had taken care of that and added the cost to our check. Our server, Tim, was fantastic but he wasn't very personable; he used the same jokes and lines with a table right next to us...in our earshot. My wife was gracious but I found it a bit "fake." The food and drinks were delicious, but our water was only filled at the beginning of the meal and then never again. I would definitely recommend but I want people to have a realistic expectation.
