Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Scripps Ranch

We ordered the orange crush roll and the sea spider roll it was a fantastic pairing! The orange crush had the richness of the salmon and cream cheese, a touch of spice with the spicy tuna, and the crunch of the shrimp tempura. The sea spider added a touch of welcoming acidity with the sauce on top of the crunch from the soft shell crab and the spicy crab inside. The best part of dinner was the Chef’s Special 15 piece nigiri. The 5 pieces of toro was a beautiful touch. The quality of the toro was the best I’ve had in San Diego! Would definitely recommend for people trying to get some quality sushi for a good value, would go again!

Our server, Brian, was great! attentive without being overbearing. There wasn't a bite I didn't love. The extra dirty martini was the perfect amount of dirty. Ribeye well seasoned, good char, and medium rare with a nice truffle mash. My favorite was definitely the roasted burrata. Even the bread paired with it was sensational. Don't miss out on the happy hour. Prices are phenomenal and some apps half off. And since the food gives you an extra pep in your step, you can power shop knowing you can try on clothes with a little extra room for the long haul wear 😉

Unfortunately went during the rain. Definitely hard to enjoy everything but it was the best it possibly could be with the situation. Everyone was very nice and tried their best to make the best of the situation. I would definitely recommend but go on a sunny day for sure
