Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Stoughton

My wife, Susan, and I were looking forward to a delicious Italian meal for our Thanksgiving celebration Thursday evening. The staff greeted us cordially and promptly had us seated. We ordered cocktails. I was a little surprised when our server gave us menus offering a prix fix turkey dinner and an a la carte selection of dishes from the regular Italian menu; then it dawned on me that the management would have to limit one selection of dishes to have another for the holiday. We shared a lovely mixed salad with parmigiana cheese and a lite dressing. Susan had tasty scallops risotto and I had fruitti di mare rigatoni which was tasty and plentiful. Our only suggestions would be notifying patrons of the limited menu and to serve the cocktails more promptly; Susan’s drink was surprisingly salty and she did not finish switching to wine. Our server seemed to notice but did not comment but neither did we.

We had an excellent experience. For Thanksgiving One Bistro had the fixed menu. The restaurant had choices for everyone. They had the turkey dinner, fish, meat and vegetarian to choose from. Plus we had our 6 year old granddaughter and her menu was perfectly designed for children. You can’t go wrong with Mac and Cheese. Jason really took good care of us. He kept coming by to make sure we were doing ok or needed anything else. I plan on coming back next year.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration there yesterday. Everything was fantastic, food was delicious, fresh and tasty. The drinks also very good. The Pumpkin Cheesecake was out of this world. Our special table was beautifully decorated with dazzling sparkling Fall Thanksgiving decorations and a nice ambiance by a candle lamp. We had the pleasure of having our favorite server there, Pack. She is phenomenal, nice, pleasant, friendly, with a beautiful smile and on point with everything. She is always very attentive and we have nice conversation with her. She is the best! Awesome service all around at this restaurant, always. The House and our wonderful server offered us a Champagne Toast at the end, it was so nice and unexpected. Thank you for making our Holiday special and memorable. We'll be back again soon.

Our party of 6 had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. We did the same thing last year and both occasions were wonderful.

The crab Rangoon flatbread was amazing! The goat cheese appetizer was good but not worth the price for the portion given.
