To say our first time at Chef Gordon Ramsay's Steak at Harrah's in Atlantic City was anything less than exceptional would be downplaying our experience. From the very beginning, my son and I were welcomed warmly by the hostess. The entire establishment is impeccable. We ordered the prime rib special and the "seasoned crust" on the ends may have been the most flavorful thing I've ever eaten. The side of mac and cheese with 5 different cheeses was absolutely delicious, as was the "everything fries" served with the remoulade sauce. To finish it our night off, my son and I shared the salted caramel cheesecake slice which was outstanding. The staff were attentive to our food allergies (peanut/nut) and were more than courteous and professional. We will definitely be going back the next time the opportunity presents itself. Having just got in to town and enduring a mishap with our lodging , Ruth’s Chris was the right choice to make our night better.
