Seasonal, Local & Artisanal Since 2001 Co-founder and chef Jason Weiner creates seasonally focused ever-changing menus that are guided by a market driven ethos. We highlight our personal relationships with growers, fishermen, artisans and winemakers. Our menus are artisanal and market driven featuring some updated takes on classic french/mediterannean cuisine, ethnic street food and lots of stuff in between. We are obsessive about the handmade...We hang our own charcuterie, grind our own sausage, ferment our own kimchi, dry age own steaks, and smoke our own fish & bacon. The wine list, handpicked by co-owner Eric Lemonides, offers an affordable selection of wines. Specialty cocktails, NY craft beers, and raw bar selections, along with the entire menu are available at the restaurant’s 15 seat bar.

The primary and private dining rooms are located in the original first floor gathering spaces. The intimate restaurant deftly juxtaposes modern orange vinyl chairs with black and white portraits of Bridgehampton’s agrarian history, handblown glassware with delicate seasonal flowers. Featuring one-on-one service, the restaurant cozily seats 50 while offering a more relaxed atmosphere in the warm months on our private patio, which has been reconfigured to capture the beauty and peacefulness of our Inn’s garden. Our thoughtfully playful dinner menus change bi-weekly, with the season, and feature the best available, locally-gathered ingredients. That means 800+ recipes a year - how exciting! Each week: the menu consistently serves a form of duck and fish, an iteration of the fritter - lobster, artichoke, zucchini - and our all-time favorite cheeses found at Loaves & Fishes Food Store on cheese stones.

The EliaEstiatorio From the moment we walk in, you’re greeted by a warm, inviting ambiance, complete with cozy lighting and a tasteful modern-meets-rustic decor. The menu is a delightful mix of traditional favorites and innovative dishes, catering to a range of palates. We started with the feta cheese which was rich, creamy, and perfect amount. For the main course, we opted for their signature dish short rip with orzo Cooked to perfection, each bite was tender, flavorful, and complemented beautifully by the Brussels sprout and lemon potatoes Dessert chef Παύλος specialty apple pie and the ice cream was pure heaven. Service was impeccable throughout the evening. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely seemed to enjoy creating a wonderful dining experience. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality of food and service justifies the expense. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just indulging in a night out, The Elia Estiatorio worth a visit. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Wonderful dining experience. The food is excellent and it's obvious they have a passion to serve delicious food and want to see their customers leave happy. The menu is unique and not generic like most other restaurants in the area. I highly recommend dining here. You will not be disappointed. I've been coming out to Watermill for over 30 years and this restaurant is by far one of my favorites.

It was exceptional. The surrounding waterfalls made it comforting, our server was attentive and turned out to be a sports fan and had a great brief intrusive convo with my husband who is another sports fan and he was super impressed with her sports knowledge and experience so she added something special to our experience. However, the skin crusty salmon and grits was the best we've EVER had. We raved about it all evening. Was perfect. My husband and I also loved the warm bread and the 2 dips were tasty. We had fun trying to figure out the flavor of one of them. It had a familiar flavor to me and our server indulged us and told us it was like a puree lima bean. Was amazing and unheard of. Bravo to the chef! Was an ingenious idea. The other dip I immediately knew was olives but it was semi puree and bursting with flavor on the warm bread. Just amazing. My husband had the Broccolini with bacon and I had the garlicky spinach side dishes. Tuscany Restaurant has plenty of Ambiance and sitting in the open area near the waterfall looking out on the concourse at the people passing by and seeing the shops inside of Mohegan Sun was The Best Thanksgiving lunch I've ever had. Our First thanksgiving away from the big family tradition 😊. The experience was 👍😃 great!

As always, the Coast Guard House lived up to its excellent reputation for outstanding food, service, and friendliness. The menu options and wine choices are also excellent. Very highly recommended. It also happens to be a very historic building that was repurposed very appropriately into the excellent restaurant that it is and continues to be.

Almond is the perfect, cozy, refuge during the late fall and winter nights. The ambience is cozy and welcoming. The staff is always kind and hard working. We love the various specials Almond has, such as the Tuesday beer and burger night. We are lucky to have it as a neighborhood spot.
