THE Steak House has received many dining awards and has been named Top Las Vegas Steak House by Zagat. THE Steak House has been thrilling diners with it’s top grade meats, served by a friendly, gracious staff for over 40 years. Top grade Midwestern beef is aged for 21 days at 37 degrees Fahrenheit & 67 percent relative humidity. This process tenderizes the meat & gives it a distinct flavor, which is further enhanced by preparing the beef over an open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler. Once inside the dining room, you will feel right at home with our old-school ambience. Dinners include fresh baked breads, choice of our famous black bean soup or house salad plus a Chef's fresh vegetable & choice of garlic mashed potato, baked potato, or rice pilaf. Please allow yourself extra time for traffic delays and parking, especially on weekends. We reserve the right to cancel reservations who have not checked in within 15 minutes of their scheduled time.

Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar. Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients. Paired with one of Wine Spectators Grand Award winning extraordinary wine programs and a selection of 700 whiskeys, the level of attention to detail makes each experience restorative in nature and keeps guests coming back time after time regardless of the occasion.

The best steakhouse on the Strip, bar NONE. Food, service and ambiance are next to none. Get in here before it’s gone (path of progress in Vegas). Richard, our server, has been here for 40 yrs. Ron, the Maitre’d & Sommelier, has been here for 41 years. They know what they’re doing and they provide an unparalleled experience. It’s our go-to steakhouse dinner!!

If you are reading this, don't expect a normal review. This is the one and only Golden Steer. It has been the go-to place for decades. Unlike all of the Las Vegas celebrity chef places, the food here is actually well worth the price.

We thoroughly enjoyed both our meal and our experience at Hell’s Kitchen - the food was amazing and the service was awesome! (That golden beet salad - oh my gosh make sure you try it!) We were celebrating our retirement and our server brought us a free glass of champagne, which was a nice way to start off our meal. 😁

What's not to love at Tao Vegas? It has it all and such a vibe with dark, moody, asian themed everything. Although pricey (what's not $$$$ in Vegas?), the food was AMAZING - every.single.dish! We asked our waiter for some suggestions and he did a great job balancing his recommendations and our requests without over-ordering for us. Spicy Ahi Tuna crunchy rice bites were so good. We pre requested a round table for our party of 6 which they honored. Be sure to not get confused by the Yin and Yang restroom signs (Yin for ladies and Yang for men) otherwise you can make an embarrassing entrance. The only thing that may pose an issue to some older guests is it's a little dark so menu reading could be a challenge.
