    The food and service was amazing, a little pricey but it is Las Vegas and Gordon Ramsay’’s restaurant so understandable. Always wanted to try the Beef Wellington after seeing it on Hells Kitchen, it was delicious! The only thing I had a problem with is that my husband received a gift card for his birthday and we were unable to use it because the restaurant was inside Cesar’s Palace.. if we had known that we would have tried to find another GR restaurant that was not in a hotel.

The atmosphere perfectly captured the energy of the show—modern, vibrant, and exciting. We were seated promptly at a table with a great view of the open kitchen, where the chefs worked like a well-oiled machine. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive but not intrusive, ensuring our drinks stayed full and every course arrived at the perfect pace. Now, onto the food: it was flawless. The signature Beef Wellington was a highlight—perfectly cooked with a buttery, flaky crust and tender, flavorful beef. The lobster risotto was rich and creamy, while the sticky toffee pudding ended the meal on a high note. The attention to detail in every aspect, from plating to presentation, was outstanding. It’s clear the team here takes pride in delivering a memorable experience. No drama, no hiccups—just exceptional food and service. Hell’s Kitchen exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to return.

    Joe’s Stone Crab in Las Vegas is truly life-changing — if you’ve never had seafood before. The crab claws? Pure luxury, at prices that make you question your life choices. The ambiance? A time-travel experience back to 1995. But the real star? Our server, a true heartthrob with charm that could melt butter faster than any kitchen heat.     The most impressive meal in Vegas!!! The food and service were 💯 The only thing that could make this better would have been a table side visit from Bobby Flay himself! We were able to select our red snapper directly with the fish monger and it was grilled to perfection!!! And whatever expresso martini you’ve had in the past … I’m just telling you to throw it straight in the trash, because Amalfi has THE ONLY real recipe - FAAAAACTS!!! Do not miss this dining experience on your next visit to Vegas! 😘
