Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food.     First and foremost, this is just my honest opinion… For a restaurant of this caliber, I expected the servers to be comfortable with foreigners and help navigate the menu. It was my wife’s birthday and the server missed that mark and did not attempt to make the experience worth while (no special seating or acknowledgment). We arrived at 5pm and the restaurant seemed to be serving their last rotation for the night. Our server was awesome and tried their best to communicate and suggest items for the table. He recommended many fantastic dishes and cocktails. Food was top shelf and flavor experiences were unheard of. Very delicious experience. 10/10 would recommend!!

    Staff was very welcoming. They greeted us, introduced themselves and hung up our coats. They explained what the food was in great detail. They were patient despite the language barrier and provided great recommendations. This was an amazing experience overall.
