- MMattMemphis •7 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoQuality Meats did not disappoint. We were hesitant to eat here due to our recent letdowns at various steakhouses. From the drinks to the steaks everything was superb. My wife and I both ordered the filet and were impressed. We each ordered a side, as well. We highly recommend the corn crème brûlée with the brussels sprouts coming in a close second. The service was impeccable, as well. We highly recommend this steakhouse and will look to visit it each time we return to the city.More infoQuality MeatsPrice: Expensive• American• Midtown West•4.7
- PPatriciaNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoThere were 10 of us & we had made reservations at 5 pm as we had 7 pm theater tickets. Our table was ready for us upon arrival & our waiter was friendly & on point from start to finish. Service was great without feeling rushed & his wine suggestion was perfect. The portions are huge so we started with the calamari & Caesar salad which was plenty for all of us & both very good. We chose 4 dishes, Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Scaloppine, Rigatoni & Broccoli, & Penne alla Vodka & all were delicious. We all commnted that the Penne was the best we’d had as the sauce was not too heavy & perfectly spiced. Although we could have only ordered 3 dishes, we all enjoyed the variety of the 4 choices. We finished off with cappuccinos for the table & made it to the theater with 15 minutes to spare. We couldn’t have picked a better restaurant & the bonus was it was very reasonable. Great job Carmine’s!!More infoCarmine's - 44th Street - NYCPrice: Moderate• Italian• Theater District•4.6
- SSheltonVIPPortland / Oregon •45 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoAretsky’s Patroon is now our favorite New York restaurant. Period. From the moment we entered we were warmly greeted snd shown to our table. A few minutes later Gene Aretsky came up to our table to thank us for our patronage and to make sure we found everything to our liking. He was followed by our waiter, Stefan, an exemplar of elegance and efficiency. We ordered our meal — we split a Caesar salad, my wife ordered the halibut and I ordered one of their signature steaks. Then, as we were enjoying our salad, the owner, Ken Aretsky, approached our table and made us feel like old friends. It was a memorable evening to say the least. The food was excellent, both beautifully presented and prepared to perfection. Aretsky’s Patroon should be at the top of the list for anyone looking for a restaurant that lives up to the best New York that the city has to offer.More infoAretsky's PatroonPrice: Expensive• American• Midtown East•4.8
