Best Restaurants for Business Meals in Novato

We sat at a two person table near the front door. Every time the door opened, we could feel a rush of cold air. We had to keep our jackets on. Also, the hostess at the front door last night, not great. She let us stand there for at least a minute with no greeting while she was talking to another host. All it takes is, “Good Evening, we will be right with you”. On the other hand, our food was delicious and our server, Nica was great.

We eat here all the time both for lunch and dinner and it is always superb! We have eaten here for 25+ years and I’ve never had a bad meal. The service is always wonderful. It’s like coming home even if you get it to go it’s absolutely amazing. You cannot go wrong.

Perfect dinner - delicious pasta, fish and burger meals thoroughly enjoyed by our party of 3. The service by our waiter Dickie was professional, delightful, attentive with fun humor too. His back up crew was efficient in serving as well as clearing. We had a most enjoyable evening at this great old time San Francisco restaurant and we look forward to returning hopefully soon.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Our waiter was superb. Food was heavenly as always. Always a special treat to celebrate occassions here. Disappointed though they don’t do the complimentary birthday desserts anymore. We ordered desserts but HOPR used to also do a fun little free birthday dessert for the birthday guests.
