Chef-owned and operated for more than two decades, 315 is dedicated to serving both modern and contemporary French cuisine inspired by seasonal local ingredients. With a grassroots initiative, almost every dish is prepared from scratch using exceptional care in the procurement of every ingredient. In this way, we pay respect to the community by finding new ways to support Santa Fe’s unique culture of food and art. French food is much more than the classic dishes we all have learned to know and love. It is a philosophy within its composition and a discipline in its technique. Using carefully selected ingredients, we look for ways to enhance a dish rather than overwhelm it. This is where the dance begins between the food and the wine.

My wife and I had dinner at Geronimo last night. The food, service and ambiance were outstanding. The building is unique and is a great location for this type of dining. We had a table in the bar area and it was comfortable and was very cozy. Geronimo’s billing as the best dining in NM is well deserved. We have eaten at multiple Michelin restaurants and this restaurant is on par. If in Santa Fe, try to eat here. Highly recommended.

The service was fantastic, and very friendly. So was the food. Prices are high but they let us split the filet mignon, which was all we needed. It was perfectly cooked. Because they were busy (holiday season), the place was noisy but it really didn’t matter to us.

Restaurant Martin is my favorite restaurant here in Santa Fe, primarily because it offers a sublime menu combined with a refined but not stuffy atmosphere. I also enjoy the fact that the dining areas are spaced in such a way so as to not find yourself trying to hear over the noise of other conversations. The staff is courteous, and available without feeling overbearing and I've never had any meal that didn't delight my taste buds.

We had an excellent “before Desert Chorale performance” meal at Pink Adobe and it was simply amazing. The enchiladas - chicken for one of us and shrimp for the other. Both were some of the best enchiladas we have ever had (and we have eaten our fair share of enchiladas). The shrimp were probably the better of the two if we had to choose. They were cut in to chunks (easier to take a bite), seasoned well and flash fried. So tender and juicy! Paired with a crisp Albariño it made a great dining experience. We’ll be back soon!
