- RRussellBaltimore / Maryland •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOur first time here. Our server, I believe her name was Elizabeth?, was outstanding! The food was New York level cuisine. We enjoyed the Pimento crab dip to start, very good. We both chose the salmon w/ the chorizo rice. We ordered the salmon medium rare, hoping for the best. In our experience, I'd say we get the right cook about 75% of the time. Ours were spot on this evening and absolutely delicious! We shared the chocolate rocher for dessert, divine! The establishment is absolutely gorgeous. It had been decorated for the holidays and looked great. We dined on the second floor. There are bars on both floors. As we were finishing dinner a piano/bass duo started playing. A perfect ending to a memorable experience. Highly recommend. Lancaster dining scene is definitely raising the bar!More infoBelvedere Inn Restaurant and BarPrice: Expensive• American• Lancaster•4.9
- MMarianNew York City •9 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoTook our family to Founding Farmers brunch for the first time. What an experience! We went Thanksgiving weekend and after cooking so much at home for the holiday it was such a treat to go enjoy this buffet. Our server, Maria, couldn’t have done a better job making us feel welcome and explaining the layout if the buffet. She also asked us about food allergies and told us of any item that had tree nuts — Pecan Pie. The carving station had roast beef, ham, thick sliced bacon cooked to perfection, assorted sausages and even salmon cakes. We also enjoyed the blackened catfish as other diners said not to miss this as well as the miso-glazed salmon. Of course, there’s also an omelette station. My kids loved the french toast with the bananas foster on top. So good. There’s also some light healthy choices which my daughter loved. But honestly, it’s a buffet… too much good food to enjoy. Did I mention the cinnamon rolls that they welcome you to the table with? Big soft cinnamon rolls baked in an iron skillet and hot out of the oven with the glaze dripping on top. Save til the end of the meal if you can. They are filling. We highly recommend this place for brunch. You won’t be disappointed. Great food. Great service. - DDavidPhiladelphia County •14 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had Thanksgiving reservations at 5:30pm as we frequent Melt for their family-style dinner at Easter and Thankgiving. The restaurant was full yet we were seated promptly. The service from hosts to bussing people was very good. Our waiter provided outstanding service. He was friendly and visited our table often. The food was just a notch below last years's fare. The reason, too much salt especially the turkey and ham both with gravy which should have been on the side. On the flip side, the stuffing with sausage was the best I ever had. The delicious spagetti and meatballs was a nice touch especially for kids. The desserts were good so save room.More infoMeltPrice: Expensive• Italian• Center Valley•4.6
