Hana Koa is a full production brewery in the heart of Kaka’ako. We have a full kitchen with daily and monthly specials. This is my favorite restaurant of all time. They recently got new management but thank goodness the menu is mostly unchanged. I love staples like the watercress salad and the miso eggplant. Please stock umeshu wine again! But really a great restaurant!

Great restaurant with quality food and service. Unfortunately our wait staff no less than four times had to return to our table to inform us that the drink, dish, or dessert we ordered was unavailable. Seemed odd they were short supplied of multiple menu items.

Great surprise and off the beaten Waikiki path. Really good beers with lots of variety that support local orgs, and a well executed food menu with lots of rotating specials. Super friendly service and a cool little merch shop in the corner. Would go back without hesitation.

I recently visited for the first time for brunch, and it was such an energetic and lively spot! The atmosphere was inviting, with plenty of buzz to keep the energy up while still feeling comfortable. The food was absolutely delightful. I tried the Croquet madam and it was perfectly balanced with rich flavors. The crab cakes were equally impressive—crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. One unique aspect of the experience was being able to play board games while waiting for our food. We chose Scrabble, which made the time fly by and added a fun, interactive twist to the meal. Overall, this place is a great choice for a delicious brunch with a side of entertainment. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu and enjoy the lively vibes!
