We specifically want to praise our waitress, Stephanie, for providing exceptional service and ensuring our meal met our expectations. Despite past mistakes with our order, Stephanie ensured my husband's rainbow trout platter was cooked exactly to his preferences, with no seasonings or butter, and it was perfect. I frequent Via often, mostly on a weekly basis. The food is consistently good and the team is awesome. They are consistently nice and welcoming as well as provide consistently thoughtful service. Again, the food is always perfect! The pizza, pasta, risotto, etc are all fantastic!
