Best Date Night Restaurants in Lower West Side

3rd time coming. Always a great experience. My girlfriend loves the Rigatoni Vodka. The prosciutto appetizer is amazing. Decided to try the spagetti limone and it was a bit underwhelming, wouldn’t get again. We didn’t get it this time but the honey pepperoni pizza is amazing as well. Always a great ambiance and service is great. If you can get a reservation I would definitely recommend and we will be back. Thanks

The meal began with the Wagyu Beef Carpaccio—delicate, melt-in-your-mouth slices bursting with rich flavor and perfectly balanced seasoning. The Foie Gras followed, decadently smooth and expertly prepared. For the main course, the Dry-Aged Ribeye was exceptional. Cooked to perfection, it boasted deep, robust flavors and a buttery texture that showcased the quality of the cut. The accompanying pastas were equally impressive, crafted with care and full of bold, comforting flavors. Dessert was a standout with the Chocolate Mousse Cake, a rich yet airy creation that was the perfect sweet finish to the evening. Complementing the meal, Maple & Ash’s expertly crafted cocktails elevated the experience even further. Each drink was thoughtfully prepared, balancing creativity with classic elegance. Throughout the evening, the attentive service ensured a seamless dining experience—every detail was handled with care, from knowledgeable recommendations to perfectly timed courses.

I really enjoyed dining at girl & the goat. Their menu selections were spectacular, and they were able to accommodate those with dairy intolerance (which most restaurants are unable to do). Their food selections were great and flavorful, and their staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend the chicken or steak dishes.

First time trying the Aba Happy hour food! The spreads sampler gave us a chance to try them all and the Crispy chicken had the perfect crispy skin and heat from the different peppers! Falafels and shrimp were really good. Carrot cake was overly spiced and a bit dry so going to skip that next time!

Oakville Grill and Cellar: A Perfect Night Out My experience at Oakville Grill and Cellar was nothing short of amazing. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection—I couldn’t get enough of the hamachi crudo. Every bite felt like it was made with care and top-quality ingredients. The service truly stood out. Our server was warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. They even helped us pick the perfect wine to go with our meal, which took the experience to another level. If you’re looking for a place with incredible food and service that makes you feel like a VIP, Oakville Grill and Cellar is it. I’m already planning my next visit!
