Hawksmoor Wood Wharf is housed in an eco-friendly floating pavilion in a new riverside neighbourhood in Canary Wharf. Gently rising and falling with the tide, the main restaurant at dock-level is joined by a 120-seat waterside bar. Both include terraces with views across the water (squint your eyes and you might just see the ghosts of great ships laden with mighty lengths of timber that used to swing in and unload there). There's also a private dining room for up to 20 people named after the local legend Queenie Watts, a singer, songwriter, actor and self-confessed bawdy landlady (think Peggy Mitchell meets Joni Mitchell).     Ahhh you lovely Hawsmoor folks, you still maintain a really high standard. There's plenty of competition around these days but my heart is with you. The service was friendly, attentive and personable. You didn't constantly refill my wine glass, pushing wine hard happens in virtually every restaurant these days, I hate it.     Wow! Amazing location, love the decor and ambience. Service is impeccable. Gorgeous cocktails and tasty fresh, inventive food. Only feedback is that the portion sizes are tiny for the prices and cocktails are £16 and £17 so it is expensive. Other than we loved it and it’s dog friendly too.

    the staff were Brilliant they were really amazing. it was my disabled sons 18th Birthday and they put themselves out and made his Birthday even more special. it was our first time visiting Big Easy Canary Wharf and must say the friendly staff and friendly atmosphere made our occasion a rememberable one. the food was nice and brought out quickly all together so we were all eating at the same time which was good for a large party of 10. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. the food was OK but service quality was truly exceptional and would give it 5 stars
