- JJamesWashington, D.C. Area •7 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI enjoyed my Christmas dinner at Makoto. I was running a little late but when I arrived they were willing to sit me immediately. I had a reservation but wanted to sit at the bar. Antonio is amazing with customer service. When he wasn’t around the other bartender Michelle was checking in on me. Even when I appeared to need help, a Manager (Cindy) stopped and ask me did I need anything make my experience better. Happy Holidays!! I will be back to see them. Food: Crab baked Handroll - 10 out of 10! I had two. Chicken gyozas or potstickers (not sure) 9 out of 10 (I thought they would be fried) Rock Shrimp - 9 out of 10 (a dipping sauce will make them perfect) Chicken Ramen - 7 out of 10 (it’s good but somethings missing in the flavor) I’m just working my way through the menu but I will definitely be back. - AaleidaMiami - Dade •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoThe hostess' treatment was rude, she was very impatient and spoke in a disrespectful tone, the treatment of the waiters was excellent, they gave us recommendations and the conversation with them was pleasant, but the service at the entrance leaves a lot to be desiredMore infoJaya at The SetaiPrice: Expensive• Asian• South Beach•4.6
- KKariFort Lauderdale •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe food and service is always exceptional at Chima. We've been to other Brazilian steakhouses and we always wish we had gone to Chima instead! Our latest visit we were there for Christmas Eve. It was busy, as expected, the food and service were still great. Our only complaint was that the room temperature was extremely cold, we hurried to get out, and put the seat heaters on in the car.More infoChima Steakhouse - Fort LauderdalePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Las Olas Isles•4.6
