Best Restaurants for Foodies in Desert Shores

We were there for a special Christmas menu. Very well priced for a very nice meal. The prime rib was gorgeous, as were the mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts. The yorkshire pudding was -- unfortunately -- an overcooked and brittle shell. A misstep that didn't ruin the meal by any means, but it's not something that's often offered on American menus and I'd been looking forward to it as a component. Outstanding service -- the staff are always great at Honey Salt.

Reservation was for Christmas Eve and it was very delightful. They presented a smaller menu but enough variety to easily make choices. We shared their charcuterie board which was excellent. I asked for a particular wine which they didn’t have, but the server was knowledgeable and suggested an equal substitute. For main entree, I had Dover Sole. Nice presentation and although a little lemony, it was still delicious. This is a beautiful restaurant, especially during the day when you can enjoy the view of the lake. Highly recommend!

We had our Christmas Eve Dinner at Aromi last evening. We were greeted by "Junior" the host who directed us to the bar while our table was being prepared. He directed us to our table were our server "Susannah" greeted us and explained the history of the chef and the extensive menu that was available. There were so many options to choose from. The food was delicious! A true gem and a compilment to Summerlin.

Always a good experience. Food is always delicious and the service is quick and friendly. One of our favorite restaurants.

We came here for dinner prior to seeing the Nutcracker at smith center. Cheryl, our server was attentive and fabulous. Food was delicious and prepared perfectly. I had the steak Diane which was prepared table side by Cheryl. It was amazing. My bf got the halibut and it was seared with perfection. Everything was great!! Absolutely will return.
