Best Restaurants for Foodies in Downtown Summerlin

If you want a wonderful experience, ask for Derek. He is the best. It brings our dining to another level. It is a great restaurant with a good menu. You won't go wrong dining here.

Because today February 17th, 2025 is a holiday, they didn’t offer the lunch specials. They stopped offering to take and bake . 2 strikes, and the 3rd strike they took eggplant parmesan off the menu . Those are the exact reason we chose Maggiano’s . Out server was nice, and felt bad for us.  Not the best experience today. A comedy of errors.

The food was excellent. We had the duck confit salad (split it) and I had the Scottish Salmon and my Hubby the short rib. All delish. The pineapple cheesecake dessert was a hit too. Ambience was cozy and buzzing, but not so lous=d as to be annoying. Waiters seemed to be very busy and very business like unlike other fine establishments we've dined at. The hostess at the door seemed stressed adn therefore curt....BUT we will definitely go back . The delish food outweighed the service.

Incredible! Everything was amazing. Musaman curry with short rib was one of the best I’ve ever had. We also got the chile fried rice with short rib which was excellent. Apps - beef satay, fried chicken wontons and koong sarong all delicious but if I had to choose one it would be the satay. My partner got the sliced ribeye with a peanut sauce which was so tender and flavorful. Banana spring rolls for desert was the perfect ending. Service was also great. I have seen complaints about portion for price but I disagree. I felt portions were just right if not generous. It’s not cheap but it’s great food and in Vegas so what do you expect? Worth it! Will be back!

We had reservations on Valentine’s night and everything was exceptional! The food was wonderful, service was great, timing of courses was perfect and the ambiance was romantic. The only critique we have is the host greeter was not very welcoming or attentive. He barely acknowledged us and walked WAY ahead of us as we followed to our table. No eye contact at all when he hastily seated us. Other than that, everything was great. Can’t wait to return! Thank you!
