Best Italian food I have in Vegas ! The duck confit pizza was out of this world. The cauliflower starter was full of flavors. The tuna crudo and the roasted beet salad were so delicious

The food and staff at Mon Ami Gabi were top notch. Service was quick, friendly and professional. The food we ordered came out quickly and was delicious. The restaurant has a cozy vibe and the outdoor seating has a front row view of the Bellagio fountains. The prices are what you would expect for fine dining on the Las Vegas Strip, overall it was a great experience and I would go again the next time I am in the area.

Amazing dining experience from beginning to end! Friendly and accommodating service throughout. Our favorite items were the foie gras, beef wellington, braised short rib, and the sticky toffee pudding. I was particularly impressed that some of the items such as the beef wellington and the sticky toffee pudding were distinctly superior here compared to where we had them before at the Pub & Grill. They weren't bad at the Pub & Grill, but were somewhat forgettable. I wasn't sure what the hype was regarding those items before but now I understand after having them at Hell's Kitchen. Would love to come back and will likely visit the Harrah's location near San Diego which is closer to home soon!

Our server was extremely nice, I sadly don’t remember his name but he had recently moved to Vegas from Florida and he made our meal a much better experience! The food was delicious and the view of the fish tank from where we were sitting was amazing! Would highly recommend the New York Strip with Chimichurri butter.

Dining at Carson’s is a must for me when visiting Las Vegas. Have never had a bite I didn’t enjoy here. This time our party ordered the hot dog ends, pot roast sandwich and jus dip, cauliflower and NY strip. Steak was cooked perfectly. The cauliflower dish was extraordinary and packed a wonderful garlicky punch. Sipped on a wonderfully complex fernet and amaro cocktail throughout the evening as well. Rich and delicious food with unique and interesting flavour combinations. Service was attentive, warm and fun.
