Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. The cuisine is complemented by a beverage program with over 500 French wine labels and an extensive collection of Cognac and Armagnac.Transporting guests to another time and place while being rooted in the present, Monarque hosts a rotation of acts every weekend, with Baltimore's best jazz musicians, cabaret vocalists, burlesque dancers, and more. Monarque welcomes guests of all ages Sunday through Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, the experience is suited for guests 18 years of age and older, and only adults are permitted to dine. Anniversary dinner - we wanted a rather quiet time so selected an early time in late afternoon. Since we had not been before and the restaurant group has a great reputation, we decided to order the chef's choice sampler. Wow what fun. Food was great (we are Sushi lovers) and the pace was perfect. The wait staffers were all superb and our primary walked us through all the selections as we went. She was very knowledgeable and kept an eye on our table so that the timing of each selections was just perfect. We plan on returning soon!

Another amazing experience from start to finish. The customer service regarding allergies before dining was top notch. Our server was phenomenal and our meal was delightful. This was our third year dining here for my husband’s birthday and we are counting down the days until our next visit. Thank you!

Amazing staff! Beautiful setting. Cozy and fun for cool fall evening….but I can see all seasons being so perfect here. They had live music that was wonderful. Food and drinks delicious! All the stars. Will definitely be back!
