Best Restaurants for Foodies in Indio

We had 3 of us for dinner at Tia Carmen. The space is very nice with a lot of different materials and textures. Our server greeted us promptly and we took a look at the menu. She explains the concept of Chef Sosa's menu and suggested many things that she thought we might like to enjoy. Cocktails 2 of us had the 5 Citrus sprit which was light and refreshing. I had the Weihenstephan Hefeweiss beer which was tasty. Food wise we ordered the suggested Pan fritto , their version of bread and the romaine salad, both were delicious. next we had the Tuna crudo which is small but very flavorful with the spicy corn broth. next was the guisado ala Carmen which is this very flavorful stew like dish that had so many things going on. and the Market fish ala plancha which was also very tasty. All in all a very nice dinner. A very delicious dinner!

The experience is pretty cool - greeted at valet by security, golf cart ride to more security at an elevator, get to the restaurant level and greeted by more security that escorts you to the Nobu entrance where you are greeted by the entire staff. Then have the most flavorful meal in your life while overlooking Stadium 2 of the Indian Wells Tennis Complex. Everything … mind-blowing perfection!

We have only had take out from here until last night. The dining area is very nice. Decorations are pretty and tables are well spaced. Our server was prompt and helpful. The food has always been excellent and plentiful. Also, reasonably priced.

Our ravioli and short rib, dishes were excellent, however, the smaller portion would be nicer enhanced with free served bread, and a small side of vegetable included in the entrée

Always a fabulous dining experience...the staff is so well trained and very attentive. The 12th Floor Lounge is the best in the valley with great music on the weekends!
