- BBillPalm Springs / Palm Desert Cities •16 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoVery nice spot… Old Church vibe, with a bit of civil war nostalgia. We enjoyed the fried chicken and southern salad. Chicken was crispy n moist, but… $30.00 for 1/2 chicken? Some pickles and cornbread, but no sides? Salad was fresh and flavorful. Our server was very distracted, and likely wished we had gone somewhere else? Don’t think we would return. Too many other spots for great food and service in this lovely city!! - CColethiaMemphis •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWent to Burwell for my husband’s birthday. I had ribeye steak, my husband NY Strip, my daughter filet mignon. The steaks were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Delicious! One of my daughters had the Vinison which she thoroughly enjoyed. My husband was given truffles for his birthday from the restaurant which we shared. Desserts ordered- Humningbird Cheesecake, Crème Brûlée and Seasonal Cobbler were fantastic. Our waiter Aaron (not sure of spelling). Was fantastic. The atmosphere was great. Overall a great experience.More infoBurwell's Stone Fire GrillPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown Charleston•4.8

Second: if I only had one meal for the rest of my life it would be the current Wagyu Tartare on the menu. The kimchi Caesar??? Incredible. 12/10 I’m a Tartare girlie and that was the best. Second and a half: the tuna crudo. I’m so white Jalapeños are spicy to me, but that was a divine dish. Third: the hostess staff is efficient, warm and welcome. Bonus: they laughed with me not at me when I couldn’t figure out how to open the front door. All around great experience, thank you for knocking it out of the park.More infoThe EstablishmentPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Downtown Charleston•4.8
- TTonySouth Carolina •1 review5.0Dined on 18 Nov 2024Oku=slay Food is amazing, second time visiting from Asheville and both times they make me wonder why we don’t have a Japanese restaurant like this back at home. Our server was perfect, she didn’t feel the need to smother us by coming up every 5 minutes and asking us how everything was which was a plus. She was able to give us some really good recommendations on vegetarian options (which more than most have to offer) it was a really welcoming experience. The food was really well done. plating was beautiful, food times were fast, and the deserts we tried were amazing. Little improvement is that if they played as much edm, they could have been playing more charli xcx. IykykMore infoO-KuPrice: Moderate• Japanese• Downtown Charleston•4.8
