Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. The 9-course tasting menu was amazing. Portions were the perfect size and the flavors were fantastic. The staff was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. One of the best dinning experiences I’ve ever had.

The place is located within a business building so it is not usually crowded during weekends which is sad since the spot is very well set. The touch of Chef Lula Martin makes mexican dishes a full culinary experience.
