2nd time here in the same number of weeks. Food is fantastic, team is friendly and fun, and atmosphere is perfect for a downtown spot. Too many epic dishes to go over, but I will share pictures. If you’re looking for a place in downtown you haven’t been to, this should be the #1 place on your list, as all your friends will want to show their friends. Rooftop terrace is especially great, plus live DJ on some nights. Lastly, it’s just a 6 minute walk from MODE, the new hottest cocktail lounge (upstairs) + club (downstairs) in Miami. If you want to treat yourself on a special day, or any day, this is where you want to come. Every single item in the Experience was mouth watering, bursting of flavor. The Tree of Life was unlike anything I have tasted made out of Yuca root, and the truffle bunuelo literally melted in your mouth. The coffee field made you feel like you were floating on a cloud and it took me back home to Constanza, Dominican Republic. Just phenomenal. I was completely fascinated with the chocotherapy, never did I think I would lick my hands during am 18 course dinner. Our server, Pablo, was a burst of energy, full of knowledge and information about El Cielo. He has been with the company for over 10 years, and has seen the restaurants from the ground up. His passion for the restaurant and love of the industry is evident. Thank you Pablo!

Our Amara experience was a very good one. Our grilled fish and vegetables were delicious , good margarita! Lucas, our waiter was very helpful with our menu selections and the water views were beautiful!

Great experience overall but the food and the service were the standouts. A little on the pricier side but other than that, really enjoyed our dinner experience. Will definitely be back.
