The name Hapa is derived from the Hawaiian term that describes a harmonious blend of Asian and American cultures. Like our name, our food reflects this dynamic combination. The menu is based on traditional Japanese cooking fundamentals which are then amplified, muted, or mixed with influences from many different styles of cooking until they are something completely new: they're Hapa. We have stretched the boundaries of creativity to develop dishes that defy all the rules while holding true to our roots. We hope you will find our menu innovative, uninhibited, and distinctly fun! Incomplete parties will not be sat until complete.

This journey began in defense of the maker, those that bring to light from darkness, an idea. Our inspiration comes from memory, of travels we’ve taken - it is the thread that helps us bind our creation. Wolf’s is the laboratory where inspiration turns to creation, creation is stitched into a form that when examined takes guests on the creators' journey of exploration. But the quest to create comes not for the supplication of an audience, but for the continual introspective pursuit of pushing the boundaries of what we know as possible.

Such a cool place. Great atmosphere and food. Our waiter Michael was so personable and professional, attentive and timely. We had a party of six and we went with he asking a few questions and decided to have him and the chefs being out a multi course meal that they ultimately decided on. Perfect throughout! We recommend this 'omakase style' especially at a specialty restaurant such as this. They knew what they were doing. Highly recommend for a fantastic night out to dinner.

The food was incredible! So unique but delicious. The menu is a tad overwhelming because it’s in Spanish and different ingredients so ask your server for advice. Molote was a huge hit, beets tostada, carne asada and must have the elote cake!

Our first (date night) but surely not last incredible evening at Barolo Grill. The food and cocktails/mocktails were excellent (we each had the 4 course tasting menu). We sat and ate at the bar where Emma took great care of us. A+ service. This fine dining establishment perfectly balances elegance with a feeling of “just our local neighborhood spot.” Lighting, noise level and space are nice for both a date or group. Thank you Team Barolo!

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. Our server, Tim, was fantastic! Attentive, but not intrusive. Every dish we had hit the the spot., Polenta, Oysters, the special lamb ribs, meatballs, and pizza were fantastic. This was our first time here, but it will not be our last!
