- TThomasVIPWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined todayHad an amazing experience at Nobu trying the Holiday Omakase menu. My wife and I went for our anniversary and were thoroughly impressed by the attentive service, professional staff, and most of all the outstanding meal. Each course was delivered in a very timely fashion, as we never felt rushed yet never waited on the next course. Cocktails were promptly prepared as ordered, and our water glasses were always topped off. The dinner was well prepared and no course was lacking. At the end, they were thoughtful enough to include a “Happy Anniversary” message on our dessert plate. Overall, I was impressed by and grateful for the entire course of service. Will certainly return.More infoNobu San DiegoPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Downtown / Gaslamp•4.6
- BBeckyNew York City •5 reviews5.0Dined todayFrom the moment we walked in the hostess was amazing. She accommodated our early arrival and was super helpful in getting us seated at the bar, while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Our waitress in the bar, Erica, recommended happy hour drinks, and was super kind and welcoming! Our waiter, when our whole party arrived and was seated for dinner, Jacob, was also very kind and patient with our large group. We will certainly be back, as this is a staple restaurant whenever we’re in the San Diego area.More infoCoasterraPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Harbor Island•4.6
- AAngieSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined todayThe ambiance is very classy. All the food we ordered are exceptionally flavorful. They really elevated Filipino/Asian cuisine. Highly recommended are Pork Tocino, Taiwanese Chicken, Kare-kare, and Turon Tart. Lastly, service is outstanding. We didn’t have to ask for anything because the staff are on top of things. We’ll definitely be coming back for more awesome dining experience.More infoAnimaePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Asian• Downtown / Gaslamp•4.8
- KKathleenPhoenix / Arizona •5 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoSimply put, one of the best meals I have had the privilege of enjoying! Delightful server, Calvin, was very in tune with the timing of our meal and our needs. The fixed menu was perfect for Christmas Eve, as it kept the meal flowing and decision-making to a minimum. Every course was delectable from the scallop crudo, the creamed mushrooms, and the sea bass, to the date cake with walnut ice cream! Mezcal hibiscus cocktail was creative and tasty, as well! I will definitely be back!More infoHerb & WoodPrice: Expensive• Californian• Little Italy•4.7
- MMikeSan Diego •13 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe food was fantastic. All their steaks are great but try the bone in wagyu rib eye. Best steak ever. And we have eaten at most downtown steak places. Matt’s drinks were perfect. As usual. The service by Luis was great, but a special thanks to Ruby for taking such great care of us.More infoCowboy StarPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown / Gaslamp•4.9
