- JJeffAsheville / Western North Carolina •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThis was a dinner we had been looking forward to. Shout out to our server - Susan - and the support staff whose service standards truly impressed. The menu features expertly paired flavors that highlight French cuisine as well as fresh, original takes on cocktails. The vibe is positively quirky and unique and our group agreed unanimously that this dining experience lived up to the hype. L’Opossum is a standout in Richmond food scene.More infoL'OpossumPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Richmond•4.9

- MMichelleDetroit / Eastern Michigan •1 review5.0Dined on 28 Dec 2024Fun environment, excellent food and service. For apps, we had crab dip, brie, and duck drummies. For dinner, our table had the pork shank, meatloaf, vegetarian pot pie, shrimp andouille, catfish and red snapper. The crab dip stood out as the best app and the pork shank and meatloaf were the best meals. Everything was good but those were the highlights.More infoGrandstaff and Stein Book SellersPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Richmond•4.5
- MMaxwellVirginia •1 review5.0Dined on 28 Dec 2024My experience was lovely. Each item on the tray was delectable (I especially enjoyed the savories), and both teas I tried (Josephine and Georgia's Peach) were perfectly brewed and served at the ideal temperature. Staff (shout out to Ellie and Emma!) was attentive but not overbearing, and I was perfectly comfortable dining alone, without any awkwardness. The ambience was casually refined, with understated table settings that let the room and experience speak for itself. It was a bit lively, but that's on me for choosing a reservation on Saturday--I would expect similar energy at any location in the area on likely the busiest day of the week. A wonderful way to spend a rainy post-holiday afternoon. Will be recommending to friends in need of decompression.More infoFloris at VMFAPrice: Expensive• Global, International• Richmond•4.6
