Great dinner at Nobu during race weekend. Had all our favorite dishes and a few new suggestions from our amazing server Julius. A great meal and evening.

We go here once a year when we travel to Vegas & thoroughly enjoy each dining experience. The food, service and ambience are impeccable. Having been to Amalfi, Italy, this is about as close as you can get this side of the Atlantic. Go with picking your own fish and select a favorite preparation. You can't go wrong.

It’s one thing to go into a restaurant, it’s another feeling when the restaurant belongs to Gordon Ramsay. I Have been to other Gordon restaurants, however; I could feel the attention to plating, atmosphere, and I could taste what Chef Ramsey has taught his chefs. With that said, the Beef Wellington is amazing, cooked to perfection, the puff pastry on the beef crispy, with a nice medium rare steak. The lobster risotto, was smooth and delicious. What an absolute experience that we will remember forever. We had the 9 course chef experience that gave us a taste of a variety items on the menu.
