It’s one of the finest restaurants if not the best to have dinner in Vail village. The chef does an extra ordinary job in presenting the food in the dinner plate and the taste is spectacular. The dover sole plate is by far the best in the area and I’ve tried many. The dinner specials he prepares are amazing. They have an extensive collection of french wines for the wine conosieurs. Definitely a place you must visit when in Vail.

We have eaten at many restaurants in the Vail valley (avon, eagle, vail,) area. This is our current fave. We went Christmas night and was seated in the library. The ambience was excellent, just not the hustle bustle of the dining room. The service was excellent and the christmas special duck was absolutely the best duck I’ve ever had. My husband had the snapper. It was fantastic albiet the dish was small. But it was so good. The tuna carparccio was also excellent to share as an app. Highly recommend this place. It is pricey.
