Starting with the **Herb Caesar Salad**, I was immediately struck by its refreshing twist on a classic. The combination of crisp romaine and endive created a delightful crunch, while the Parmigiano Reggiano added a rich creaminess that melded beautifully with the unique squid ink breadcrumbs—adding both texture and depth to each bite. Finished off with bright lemon zest, this dish was light yet satisfying, setting a high bar for what was to come. Our family is highly health-conscious, so we love Black Angus for its low-calorie, low-carb options with calories on the menu. We can have a celebratory dinner with steak, veggies, soup, and appetizers and stay within our restrictions. At the same time, if someone is taking the day off, there are so many options to go hog-wild crazy! The best part of our visit was the service. They are kind to our family's many requests, including our toddler. Never flinching, our waitress said, "Sure!" with a sweet smile to every request. The ambiance was great, food came out fast and was delicious our server Randy was awesome and very attentive.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Benihana, thanks to our chef, Precious. She was incredibly personable and made the evening even more enjoyable with her engaging personality. The food she prepared was absolutely delicious, showcasing her culinary skills beautifully. I would love to have Precious as our chef again on our next visit!
