Best Restaurants for Groups in Glendale

Oh. My. Word! What a fabulous place. Champagne tasting was elegant. Food was delish, ample serving size and well paired with wine. The staff know their wines and could explain in wonderful detail the intricacies of the wines. The location at 101 and W. Olive is hidden behind a big storage facility, so don't be put off - this is a find worth your energy to get to. And as added treat, the ambiance is reminiscent of an eclectic French bistro and photo-worthy.

This was our first foray into Firebird's and it was lovely. We were seated appropriately and comfortably. The menu has a variety of options which is great, although it is a bit pricey. Those of us who generally consumed salads were extremely pleased with the salads ordered. They were quite large, but the folks seemed to be able to enjoy every last bite! One ordered the sea bass and enjoyed it thoroughly. Another ordered a hamburger and commented that it was the best burger he had eaten in a long time. Cudos to the cooks at Firebird's! I ordered a side of mixed vegetables which were all fresh and cooked and seasoned just right. So, all in all, I would highly recommend this eating establishment for fine dining and good service. I would, however, recommend that the music be tamped down and the air conditioning be less aggressive so that people can converse without having to raise their voices and preclude having to wear jackets while sitting and dining. Otherwise, this is an outstanding restaurant addition to anyone looking for good food in the P83 corridor of Peoria.

For our party of 3 we shared a tomahawk wafting steak which was delicious. Our order was not how we ordered but our server Clarence was so accommodating and professional he replaced the steak with a deliciously and perfectly grilled steak. He even went as far as to give us a free dessert even though I know this was not his error. Class act.. shout out to Clarence. As a former New Yorker, Arrowhead Grill is right up there with Gallagher’s Steak House. You’ll be seeing more of us in the future.
