- RRaymondWashington, D.C. Area •12 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoA genuinely unique experience. Flawless service and courtesy, a memorable meal is guaranteed, pricey but worth every nickel. Admittedly for us a special occasion venue, but when those occasions arise, it is our go-to destination without hesitation. A gem.More infoThe River CafePrice: Very Expensive• American• DUMBO•4.9
- BBigianyNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoI came to Amber steakhouse to celebrate my fiancé‘s birthday. We were running a little bit late and I called in and they gave me no issues to reschedule the appointment. When we pulled up, the service was perfect. We ordered a porterhouse steak for two and multiple sides. It was delicious. They even sang happy birthday to my fiancé. Overall, the restaurant was a 10 out of 10. - CChiaraVIPNew York City •14 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe novelty of it being a fancy restaurant behind a pawnshop front was what drew us here, but we also had a really really good experience. This restaurant has to be the one of the prettiest restaurants we’ve ever been to. My husband and I had the prix fixe, which we figured was the best way to try as many of the dishes as possible without getting too full. The food was absolutely delicious! For appetizers we had the Thai Style Deep Fried Shrimp and Little French Dips. I preferred the former over the latter. Our entrees were Lamb Chops and Wild Mushroom Ravioli. i have to say the mushroom ravioli was probably THE best we have ever had. Our sides were truffle mac and cheese and bbq fries, and for dessert we had the LES NYC doughnuts (which come with dark chocolate fudge, berry, and caramel dips) and the black bottom butterscotch pot de creme. The desserts are defintely a cut above the rest. We highly recommend this place! We’ll be coming back someday!More infoBeauty & Essex- New YorkPrice: Expensive• Unspecified• Lower East Side•4.6
