Best Restaurants for Groups in Kensington

I really enjoyed our meal. We tried several of the tapas and one of the sandwiches and there was not one that we disliked. Only somewhat disappointed that there was only one choice for dessert.

Location in the historic, fabulous Claremont Hotel can’t be beat. We dined on a crystal clear night with views of the bay and the city that are unparalleled. Attentiveness of our server was fabulous and we did not feel rushed in anyway, one of my favorite places to spend an evening as a lifetime Bay Area resident.

Lunch today was lovely in all dimensions. The food was delicious and beautifully presented: a butternut soup accompanied by a thick melty grilled cheese, my friend's taco pizza with added jalapenos, and affogato for dessert- YUM! We ate upstairs in an attractive, cozy room overlooking College Avenue. Service was wonderful. Will return for lunch soon!

Corso is well deserving of a spot at the top echelon of Bay Area restaurants. We’ve eaten here four times now and the food and service have always been excellent. I can’t think of a better choice for Italian food anywhere around here. It’s not inexpensive, but it’s well worth the price!

We shared the Family Dinner with the wine pairing last night and it was wonderful. What the Burdell kitchen puts together is always so delicious. Anticipation of each serving was like opening a present. Big love to the folks who keep it moving with pleasantness and grace. Peace and blessings to Ife and her family.
