The wait staff were lovely and just the right amount of attentive. A real credit to the place. The food was delicious and I thought the set menu was great value. We had 3 kids on the table, all had the fried chicken from the bar menu and it was demolished. Great meal, look forward to returning.More infoBowleys at the PloughPrice: Very Expensive• British• West Malling•4.8

Service was faultless and the restaurant itself is beautifully & sumptuously decorated. I’ll definitely be back and I’m already recommending it to my friends as the go-to Turkish restaurant in the area. 10/10 ❤️More infoKara Lounge & GrillPrice: Moderate• Turkish• Grays•4.7

We started with olives and roasted bone marrow, a favourite we order whenever possible, and this was the best we’ve ever had. Accompanying parsley salad was flavourful crunchy and fresh, perfect accompaniment along sourdough toast. For mains we shared grey mullet, grilled shorthorn, white asparagus, green salad and a sublime braised mutton. Everything was superb and we were quite full but couldn’t resist dessert. Both the lemon posset and date loaf with butterscotch sauce were incredible and we ate every last bit. Service was low key excellent and very helpful as we ordered wine by the glass having over imbibed over the weekend and server recommendations were perfect.More infoSt. JOHN SmithfieldPrice: Very Expensive• British• Farringdon•4.8
