My only criticism is the staff at times were too attentive clearing glasses and cups from individuals - it was an obvious selling technique which became annoying as it occurred several times by various staff. Most people can request additional drinks if needed. I had asked them if it was possible to store a birthday cake (context: my partner and I have used the caterpillar cakes as our bday cake every year) to surprise my partner , and they happily approved the request. They were very accommodating! Our waitress was also very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Very impressed!
