- TTraceyVIPCincinnati / Dayton •26 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoGorgeous setting. Great service. Delicious, well-appointed seafood buffet that contains much more than that that - mouth-watering charcuterie including delicious salads and pickled veg, carving stations with prime rib, leg of lamb, tomahawk steak, turkey, salmon, sushi, and scrumptious gelato. Wines are outstanding as well, and serves were wonderful with our tired and cold 3-year old - bringing her a blanket and extra heaters. Lovely experience and would have expected to pay much more for the Friday night buffet.More infocatalina kitchen at Terranea ResortPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Rancho Palos Verdes / Rolling Hills Estates•4.2
- RRubenLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoTook my son there last night for his birthday and I must say the three people working last night as the host were awesome. The manager too! We were a large party of 15 and at first we were going to be separate tables, but at the end, we’re all able to sit at tables across from each other. Our shelf was great and the chef that our kids had was amazing. We had Andre as our chef. He was great ! The three hosts and the front I know there was a young girl and two gentlemen. I only got one of the guys names and his name was Andres. I really felt like they were trying to help us and I truly appreciate that! The girl was very sweet and she was happy to see my family and I were able to all sit together. The staff coming out to sing to my son was in all honesty the best. My son had a great time! The manager on duty was direct and up front about wait times and what not and even tho people may take that as being rude, i completely feel the opposite. I appreciate her willingness to accommodate my requests !! Seriously! I must’ve bothered her like 5x but she was always willing to listen and help. Thank you host and manager working 1/3/24 @ 6:30 pmMore infoBenihana - Torrance, CAPrice: Moderate• Japanese• Torrance / Carson•4.2
- JJoyceLos Angeles •26 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoExcellent meals, New Year's Day dinner with a reservation. Very nice touch with a lighted menu. Side dishes are generous portions. Our server highly recommended Butter Cake for dessert which was very good Except the ice cream was so hard and difficult to enjoy, it would have been a nice accompaniment if it was softer. We mentioned the hard ice cream to our server, and hope he relayed the disappointing message.More infoThe Rex SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Redondo Beach•4.8

Rockefeller's is our first SouthBay experience and it was a very good choice. We were greeted by our waiter, I'm bad with names so......he was a very patient and kind man. He took care of our party of 11 by himself. The food was great, drinks ok and yhe whole night was a huge success. We will be back sometime doing the incoming year. Thank you Rockefeller!More infoThe Rockefeller Redondo BeachPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Redondo Beach•4.6
- JjamesSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews5.0Dined on 28 Dec 2024Just a great place. You can tell the proprietor (Kevin) loves and spares no expense to make it happen. All the main course and appetizers are TOP and you'll eventually try it all. Their wines are sensational, and the uber qualified sommelier (Peggy) is very expressive about the nuances of each and every bottle. The staff is professional and engaging. Have Fun.More infoPacific Standard PrimePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Redondo Beach•4.8
