- GGeoffreyGreater Boston •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoExactly what you would expect at a true dark wood steak house. The bartenders were very friendly. And I know it's all about the beef but, the baked potatos.oh my, absolutely fantastic.More infoAbe & Louie’s - BostonPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Back Bay•4.7

You must make it a family tradition to go during the Christmas season. We ordered the rigatoni à la vodka with shrimp and scallops, pasta was perfect al dente, shrimps were tender and scallops were sweet. Appetizer was eggplant, stacked, olive oil and seasonings, no tomato sauce and was actually delicious enough to order again. Food and service was excellent, so was the wine and cocktails. A favorite restaurant! We will definitely go back again and again. Before you sit, check out which table they want to seat you at and make sure it is not in the back room where they put screaming , out of control kids, which is the parents fault and not The Restaurant. There were two tables, each had three or four children, one table so well behaved and the other table thought they were on the hockey rink. Before a parent complains about my insensitivity, I have five children and five young grandchildren, and they all know the difference from Restaurant behavior to schoolyard rowdiness, with guidance from their parents . I hope the parents at that table read this. Viva La difference’ and Happy New Year.More infoThe Venetian RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Italian• Hingham•4.4
- RRobertGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had about a 45 drive to the restaurant but it was my wife’s birthday and I wanted to take her somewhere nice. I made a reservation for a hi top table in the lounge. We were seated in the lounge and right in front of the fireplace. It was a freezing cold winter night so it was perfect. Our server was very friendly and attentive. She brought out bread and we ordered drinks and buffalo chicken dip to start. The dip was delicious and just enough to not fill up on. We ordered our meals and more drinks. The food came out and was spaced perfectly. We both enjoyed our meals and had no room for dessert. The menu is huge and the prices are reasonable, especially for the food quality. Fireside is a large restaurant and it was at full capacity. I highly recommend this place but suggest making reservations. We’ll definitely be back … maybe for my birthday next month!More infoFireside GrillePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Middleborough•4.6

- TTinaGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoFri, Jan 3rd: My family and I had the best experience. We requested a quiet table upstairs to avoid the more "bustling" atmosphere downstairs. The cocktails, apps, steaks, sides and wine were all mouth watering and top notch; but our waiter, Troy, made the evening that much more memorable. His attention to detail, suggestions, and overall service were impeccable. We will request his table on future visits!More infoGrill 23 & BarPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Back Bay•4.8
