Had wonderful meal to celebrate my wife's birthday. All the food between 3 of us was cooked beautifully and tasted great. The service was welcoming, friendly and efficient.

Good menu choice, very generous portions, well cooked and promptly served. Very reasonable choice of wines, beers etc. Exceptional service. What’s not to like?

The staff were an absolute delight—attentive, friendly, and passionate about their work. They were happy to make recommendations, explaining food combinations with detail and enthusiasm. We were given a lunch voucher for a present and we really enjoyed our visit. All three courses that we chose were delicious and the meal came with 2 glasses of fizzy. The restaurant has an interesting history and had a pleasant atmosphere.

Brilliant atmosphere, staff very polite and attentive. Food was good, had a vegetarian and GF with us and their food came separate. Really enjoyable experience.
