Best Restaurants for Groups in Plano

Food, ambience, and service were excellent. While I enjoyed the music, which is reflective of my generation, it was a little loud. It was difficult to hear our guests at the other end of the booth. Sean took care of us well, as did the other staff. Appreciation as well goes to one of the hostesses, who took my call earlier in the day, when I inquired about the possibility of being able to order a fried shrimp option for my wife. She spoke with the chef I believe, and she responded in the affirmative, which added to the joy of our dining experience. One more shout out to the valet staff, who were the first on the scene to greet us and the last to send us on our way. One gentleman matched my sense of humor, which was nice. Thanks again for a good time.

The food never disappoints!! The pork chop is always my go to! Literally, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! Our service was as good as the food!! Very knowledgeable and great recommendations. We always make a reservation at Haywire whenever we travel to TX!! Don’t miss out!

Everything was fabulous except we were right next to a speaker and it was difficult to hear other diners without leaning forward.

We had reservations, arrived and was seated within 5 minutes. The ambience was great, backdrop of Windrose Ave decorations and shopping, warm lighting and vibrant atmosphere. Our waiter was great, he made recommendations and was very attentive. We ordered the spinach queso dip and carne asada fajitas; the food was hot, well seasoned. The steak tasted great, just too fatty and too much connective tissue. I had the original margarita, my wife had the watermelon mint margarita. They were dangerously delicious. Overall, our experience was very good, we’ll come back and try other entrees.

We had an excellent dining experience! The food was very flavorful and the service was exceptional!! Looking forward to the opening of the McKinney location since it is closer to our home.
