We went on Christmas Day and it was packed!!! We went up to the hostess station and literally didn’t wait one minute due to making reservations. We were seated immediately! The guy that came around and took pics of our family was so sweet, the waitress was sweet and the chef was good and funny! We enjoyed our experience and will definitely book there again. All around great experience!

From the waitstaff to the owner coming to check in on us - the atmosphere has always been one of the best in the Houston area! We love it and you’ll love all the cuts of meat, chicken, lamb and pork! Merry Christmas!

One of the highlights is the endless supply of food. Servers consistently come around offering small bites of everything, ensuring you get to sample the full variety. It’s a feast that feels both indulgent and exciting! That said, we did notice an unexpected price increase for the Christmas Eve dinner. There was a $30 holiday upcharge that we weren’t aware of beforehand. While the food and experience were worth it, a heads-up about the holiday pricing would have been appreciated. Overall, Chama Gaucha remains a top choice for a special occasion or a memorable dining experience. Great food, fantastic service, and an enjoyable atmosphere make it well worth a visit!

She was the epitome of professionalism—attentive, knowledgeable, and flawless in her execution. Her genuine warmth and efficiency elevated the entire experience, making us feel truly valued as guests. The food was equally outstanding! From the perfectly cooked, tender steak to the delectable sides and appetizers, every bite was a testament to the kitchen’s expertise and attention to detail. The flavors were rich and beautifully balanced, and the presentation was just as impressive. Steak 48 is the perfect spot for a special occasion or simply indulging in an unforgettable meal. My wife and I had the most outstanding dinner tonight. The service was first class! From the welcome when we arrived to the end of the evening and everything in-between was incredible. Dinner was delicious, our steaks cooked to perfection and everything was delicious. We look forward to a repeat soon! Highly recommended!!
