Our aim is simple: we want to tell the story of our community, the producers themselves and how we’ve utilised their ingredients.Sometimes a dish will be on the menu for a six week period, fully celebrating the early or late season. We were fortunate enough to have Akhtar on service. Our overall experience was superb from the moment we entered Opheem. We have eaten at numerous Michelin starred restaurants throughout the country. Opheem is certainly as good as any. Front of house and serving staff are excellent and prepared to go the extra mile. Loved it! We’ll be back.

As usual, the food was really nice at the Butchers. The beer battered fish and chips was very nice indeed. The service was good and not at all pushy. A nice evening out.
