Best Restaurants for People Watching in Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino

We went for Christmas Day dinner as a last minute decision while we were in town, and we had a great time. From the moment we walked in until we left the service was impeccable. The staff moved around quickly and efficiently, yet we feel we were completely and thoughtfully attended to. Our server, Sean checked in with us several times at exactly the right points in our meal. I can tell he took pride in serving his guests. He also anticipated our needs, so when I was about to ask for a refill of bread or drinks the next time I saw him, he was already being more to the table before I even had to ask.

Went for Christmas dinner, the food was AMAZING, excellent service made everything a wonderful experience.

I’ve been wanting to come during Christmas and it did not disappoint! I was actually nervous reading reviews because people complained about service, we had a GREAT experience. Our waitress was very sweet, checked on us throughout our time, and made great suggestions too! We will absolutely be back. PS try the wagyu tacos and Cajun fries 👌🏼

We felt like the entire vacay was a waste after several subpar meals. As frequent travelers we had already planned to spend $150/meal for our family of 3 because Vegas in general is pricey. However, we didn’t expect to be left unsatisfied after spending that amount for each meal. Things were so bad at other highly recommended spots that we initially canceled our reservation to Guy’s, which was sad because the Burger was the deciding factor in my husband selecting a Christmas vacay destination as he was determined to get the burger to see how it compared to the Guy Fieri burgers on Carnival cruise ships (which they threaten you with a $250 fine if you to sneak one off the ship). After trying to visit a different restaurant that closed early we decided to give Guy Fieri’s a try and we are so happy we did. The burgers were delicious and definitely worth the price (we paid extra for an additional patty since we removed most of the toppings). The fries taste like lays Barbecue chips and the wings were really good as well. The server was very kind and attentive as were the other servers. Our kiddo loved the Mac n cheese.

First time eating at Wallys and was pleasantly surprised at the food quality - at least for us. Ordered their Spicy Salami Pizza and Whole Heritage Chicken Dinner and would do so again and again. Their Spicy Salami Pizza is LEGIT. The chicken was also fantastic and the portion size of the Chicken Dinner is enough for 4 people. Cocktails were hit and miss. Traditionals were on point but their creative craftings were just so so Wine inventory is insane and some of the pricing also but felt the food pricing for the quality and quantity was terrific. Probably the best overall experience we had on our holiday trip (Nobu and Peter Lugers included). Service also top notch. Will definitely be back!
