The Terrace at the famous Sunset Tower Hotel debuted a new look in May of 2018, featuring a refreshed outdoor dining experience with updated furnishings and an elegant new bar. The Tower Bar Restaurant has split views of the city from either side of the lobby. It offers a swank lounge, bar and an al fresco dining experience. Custom made banquettes line the windows that showcase an unparalleled view of the Los Angeles skyline. Art deco design influences include walnut with gold inlay trim in a subtle, muted color scheme.     My partner and I had a great experience! We got some drinks at the bar first, then we got seated in the iconic train car for dinner. Our server Simone was amazing! She was super friendly, recommended good items on the menu, and she was all around so wonderful! The drinks were strong and had nice flavors, the food was absolutely delicious! The restaurant is also stunningly beautiful! Completely recommend!!

    From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless. Server and managers touched the table multiple times. Food came out fast. The best items were the wagyu teppanyaki and the whole snapper. I thought music was gonna be loud but it was just perfect volume but then we came in at 5pm on Saturday night so everything and everyone was still family-friendly.

    As someone who's been deeply involved in the cannabis world and an activist for over four decades, I was thoroughly impressed by this establishment. The setup is exceptional—especially the ventilation system, which allows you to enjoy cannabis at your table without disturbing others. My partner doesn’t smoke, and the smoke didn’t bother her at all. The service was top-notch from the moment we walked in. They greeted me by name, which made the experience feel personalized and welcoming. The food, however, was the highlight of our visit. I have to give it a solid five stars—it’s hands down some of the best food in town, both in terms of flavor and presentation. Every dish, from the spices to the flavors, was incredible, and even the dessert was a pleasant surprise. We’re already planning our next visit—not just for the fun show we enjoyed on Valentine’s Day, but to savor the delicious food again and relish the freedom to enjoy a joint after dinner. Highly recommend

    Superior service experience and delicious food. It is spendy, but completely delivers if your expectations are a classy and classic West Hollywood experience with charm and a gorgeous view. Anthony's over/above service while waiting in the bar area was precious.
