Today the medium rare steak was a bit overcooked.. the waitress graciously took it back and while I did not complain, it was 'THE SAME" as the first.. a bit more on the medium side than the rare. Not s juicy at all. I did not complain but will make sure I specify the next time it should be "juicy" and not so well done around the perimeter.
