- JJimAtlanta Metro •19 reviews5.0Dined on 21 Dec 2024Just discovered this little gem in Marylebone. A small venue serving great food and an excellent wine list at reasonable ( for London) prices. I had their pork chop - served already sliced and smothered in an eclectic vegetable medley with a sumptuous sauce. Wife had the Pollock that had a seasoning I would love to learn how to replicate plus another great vegetable medley. Wait staff extremely attentive. Overall a great experience and a very welcome addition to our London restaurant preferences!More infoClipstonePrice: Expensive• Modern European• Fitzrovia•4.8
- JjaneLondon •9 reviews5.0Dined on 19 Dec 2024Loved the experience but meal was a bit ruined by adding heavily fishy broccoli as a side to a beef cheek dish. We didn’t realise the side came with the fishy topping. :( Thought the portions of main were small for price point. Charming staff and really glad we visited! - GGregLondon •2 reviews5.0Dined on 18 Dec 2024I visited Ember Yard shortly before Christmas so it was a little more crowded than perhaps is usual, and the other diners seemed largely to be having Christmas outings. This did not distract, however, from the excellent food and the wonderful service! The staff were courteous, very helpful in explaining the menu and the drinks options, and considerate when checking if we were enjoying the meal or needed more drinks. They were a perfect combination of solicitous and discreet. The food was awesome: the croquetas were stand-out for me: crisp on the outside with a delectable creamy interior at just the right temperature not to burn your mouth but still deliver a full-flavoured experience. The lasagna was silky smooth and mouth-watering, and the tomatoes and sourdough were a great combination and delicious. I really enjoyed dinner at Ember Yard and would happily recommend it to anyone.More infoEmber YardPrice: Very Expensive• Tapas / Small Plates• Soho•4.4
