We had a wonderful Festive afternoon High Tea with my two Children and really enjoyed ourselves.. It is our second visit to Savoy and the service and atmosphere is always impeccable! We were firstly greeted by our host Carinda graciously and explained our Menu in excellent detail and manner and made our experience extra special! My wife and I were entertaining two of our teenage grandsons to afternoon tea as a holiday treat. We wanted them to appreciate the excellent quality of the Hansel & Gretal set tea - which we knew they would! - as well as enjoying the wonderful view of the river and the city-scape at nightfall. We, and our grandsons, were not disappointed. Excellent value for money and every bit the special occasion we wanted it to be.

Food was fabulous - we had breakfast/brunch and it was really good quality. We had an issue with our order being misplaced so we had to wait a long time for the staff to notice and rectify. However, it’s how you deal with problems that delivers satisfied customers who will recommend: Maria and Nelson were excellent and we were very pleased and will return.
